2. What is Smart DN? The challenges faced by main contactors in monitoring project progress and "back - charging" call for the birth of SmartDN. The primary objective of SmartDN is to help main contractors in monitoring project progress by using actual quantity of concrete delivered and cast as a source of information. It also facilitates the reconciliation of concrete purchased by main contractors and the amount consumed by its sub-contractors thereby eliminating the human errors in "back charging". In addition, it archives the numerous DNs that are generated during the course of the project. |

With the electronic system, your transactions are recorded in a systematic manner. our call center is able to provide direct answers to customers' queries on truck delivery status, order taking, rescheduling of orders with the help from our Customer Service Officers (CSOs). B. Security and Login 1. Does the administrator or anyone else knows my password? All passwords are one way encrypted on the system, that is, no one can decrypt and read your password. The only privilege function that the administrator has is to reset your password. However, you will be forced to change password immediately when you login, if the administrator resets your password. |

2. Can someone try repeatedly to login to my account? Your account will be automatically locked after 3 failed attempts to login. Notify the administrator if you find your account locked. |

3. Is the database secured? The database server is in the secured LAN where it is has no access for the public Internet. In fact, the server is behind 2 layers of firewall. |

4. Is data kept safe from unauthorized access? All data can only be accessed via the system with a valid login. The database is kept behind another layer of firewall to prevent direct access. The database is also logged and backup daily. |

5. Is the system safe from hackers? We keep very close watch on the latest known ways of hacking the systems and take preventive measures as recommended by security agencies. We also practice strict procedures at the data centre to prevent unauthorized access to critical information. |

6. What are the steps taken to prevent virus attacks? All our systems are protected with the latest anti-virus tools. The virus data is automatically updated as and when they are released. No users are able to execute any external files on the servers. Additionally, all our administrators are required to scan all files before bringing them into the data centre. |
